Install instructions
To install the alpha version you will need to extract the zip into another folder you will also need to download these files https://www.rpgmakerweb.com/run-time-package for the assets to load and download the VX ACE RTP files and then put the RTP files into the folder with the game.
To download the Beta just download the game and export it into another folder.
